Storage info

Store in cool and dry place away from sunlight. To avoid the risk of infestation, store the contents in a well-sealed container once opened.

Direction of Usage

  • Take 1/2 a cup of oats in a cooking vessel.
  • Add one glass of skimmed/low-fat milk or water (approx 250ml) into the vessel.
  • Add sugar for taste. Stevia is recommended.
  • Cook for approximately 3 minutes on a medium heat and stir occassionally.
  • Garnish with fruits or seeds and serve hot.
