Direction of Usage

  • Take 1/2 a cup of oats in a cooking vessel.
  • Add one glass of skimmed/low-fat milk or water (approx 250 ml) into the vessel.
  • Add sugar for taste. Stevia is recommended.
  • Cook for approximately 3 minutes on medium heat and stir occassionally.
